These Terms & Conditions govern your use of promiseskin.pk and your purchases from Promise Skin. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We aim to describe our products accurately, but the colour and texture of naturally-derived formulas may vary slightly between batches. We may update prices, products, and offers at any time.

Orders & confirmation

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, an address is incomplete, or an order cannot be verified.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but our Return & Refund Policy may apply.

Use of the website

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to Promise Skin and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use. Please read the directions and patch test before use. To the extent permitted by law, Promise Skin is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
