Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across Pakistan — from Karachi to Khyber and everywhere in between.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 3–6 working days for other areas. You'll receive a tracking update as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available nationwide — pay in cash when your Promise arrives at your door. To confirm your order, our team may reach out via call or WhatsApp, so please keep your number active.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on all orders over Rs. 3,500. For orders below that, a small flat delivery charge is added at checkout.
Are Promise Skin products suitable for my skin?
Our fruit-powered formulas are made to be gentle and suitable for most skin types, and every product is dermatologist-tested. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend a quick patch test before first use. Still unsure? Get in touch and we'll help you choose.
Are your products safe and cruelty-free?
Promise Skin is made in Pakistan with clinically backed ingredients and is never tested on animals. You can find full ingredient lists on every product page and in our Ingredients Library.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned unless they're faulty. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How should I store my products?
Keep your Promise Skin somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, and close the cap tightly after use to keep the formulas fresh.
